Refunds Policy

At ArcanaStream, we strive to provide the best streaming experience for content creators. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted for our services.

All refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified below. Requests outside these timeframes will not be considered.

Eligible for Refunds

  • Initial Subscription (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

    First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. This applies only to the first billing cycle.

  • Service Unavailability

    If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

  • Billing Errors

    If you were incorrectly charged or charged multiple times for the same service, you are eligible for a full refund of the erroneous charges.

  • Account Suspension Due to Technical Error

    If your account was suspended due to a technical error on our part and you were unable to use the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Subscription Renewals

    Automatic subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

  • Partial Month Usage

    If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the month. You will retain access until the end of the billing period.

  • Terms of Service Violations

    If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible for any refund.

  • Third-Party Platform Issues

    Issues caused by third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) such as account bans, API changes, or platform downtime are not eligible for refunds.

  • Change of Mind

    After the initial 7-day money-back guarantee period, "change of mind" requests are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@arcanastream.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include Required Information:
    • Your account email address
    • Order/Transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Decision Notification: You will receive an email with our decision and, if approved, information about when to expect the refund

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended pending resolution
  • Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback
